Morits Skaugen sees a lot of similarities between his company’s ongoing legal case against MAN Diesel & Turbo and the latest Volkswagen (VW) scandal.
The Norwegian shipowner has become vocal over IM Skaugen’s claims regarding a series of falsified engines from the company which later became VW’s marine unit.
IM Skaugen has filed lawsuits in Norway and Singapore, seeking NOK 400m ($48.5m)
