French LNG membrane cargo containment system designer GTT has reached a settlement with long-running adversary and former Alstom group shipyard Chantiers de l’Atlantique.
GTT said its agreement with CAT puts an end to all lawsuits that have been ongoing between the two sides since 2006.
The membrane-system designer also added that a deal had been reached on the sale by CAT of a patent portfolio concerning specific LNG membrane containment technologies.
