Golar LNG Partners takes control of seventh FSRU

Golar LNG Partners says it has completed the acquisition of the FSRU Golar Tundra and secured a new $800m credit facility.

The Golar LNG MLP spin-off first said it was acquiring the unit in February 2016 for a total consideration of $330m.

Prior to the deal’s completion Golar LNG Partners completed and drew down upon a new, five year, $800m senior secured credit facility.
