Norway's IM Skaugen has posted another loss in the second quarter, but remains hopeful for LNG prospects in the future.

The gas carrier owner said the net deficit was $5.1m, compared to $0.5m in 2015.

Revenue grew to $18.51m against $15.73m last year, but financial expenses rose.

The first-half loss totalled $6.7m against $5.1m.

Its fleet of 15 ships is operated in a revenue-sharing pool managed by Norgas Carriers.
