Azerbaijan's Socar Trading has formed a new shipping arm to handle its expanded fleet as it revealed more acquisitions.
United Maritime Logistics (UML) will handle all the state oil group's chartering requirements after it terminated a 10-year-old transport deal with Turkey's
Palmali, the company said in a statement to Bloomberg.
Last month, Socar bought five aframaxes and two suezmax tankers from Palmali.
