Takeover target CH Offshore has appointed mergers and acquisition specialist Stirling Coleman Capital as its independent financial advisor (IFA).
The Singapore-listed offshore vessel owner and operator is the subject of an intended bid by BT Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baker Technology, for all issued and paid up ordinary shares of CH Offshore.
