Switzerland’s FleetPro Group exited the ocean business in a deal that transfers its passengership management to a group of Danish investors including cruise veteran Niels-Erich Lund.
FleetPro sold its FleetPro Leisure subsidiary, which provides hotel management services to oceangoing passengerships, for an undisclosed price.
The arm, which has contracts with seven ships, will be renamed CMI Leisure with Dietmar Wertanzl at the helm.
