Oslo-listed Avance Gas Holding has launched a takeover offer for Aurora LPG after failing with a bid for Dorian LPG last year.
The ambitious owner said it wants 100% of its rival and is offering investors 0.574 new shares for each one held in Aurora.
This is worth NOK 60 ($6.90) per share, based on the NOK 104.5 closing price of Avance on 13 November 2015, and is a premium of 34.8%
