BW LNG scoops Pakistan FSRU job

Gas shipowner BW LNG has been selected to supply an LNG floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) for Pakistan’s second import terminal.

BW has confirmed that it has signed a 15-year agreement with Pakistan GasPort (PGPL) on the company’s second uncommitted FSRU, the 170,000-cbm BW Integrity, as TradeWinds was first to report today.

The time-charter on the unit, which will have a peak regasification capacity of 750 million standard cubic feet per day, is understood to have been signed at the end of last week.
