The "likely lads" who have run the North of England Protecting and Indemnity Association for the last decade are splitting up.
Alan Wilson is stepping down as joint managing director of the club, leaving Paul Jennings as the sole hand on the helm.
Wilson, 62, will move to a two-day week in May and get a new title, as executive director, with the Newcastle-based club.
