The American P&I Club has bolstered its administration in response to a 25% growth in insured tonnage over the past two years.
The New York-based protection and indemnity club -- the only one in the Americas -- has created four new c-level positions with current staff members.
"These promotions ... are designed to strengthen the capabilities of the club’s senior management team in embracing the challenges of the future," president Joe Hughes said.
