Oslo-based mutual Skuld has logged profit of $14m in the first six months of 2018, a jump from $8m in the same period last year, thanks to what it described as a low number of claims so far this year.
The protection and indemnity club has only one pool claim of over $10m in the first-half, helping to contribute to an underwriting profit with a combined ratio of 95%.
