UK maritime law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has gained its first foothold in the US through a merger with Houston-based Legge, Farrow, Kimmitt, McGrath & Brown.
It called the move “a major strategic development for both firms, bringing significant benefit to their clients.”
HFW said Houston is an important geographical market for it and its clients in the marine and energy sectors.
