Ex-DSME CEO Nam Sang-tae is facing further charges ahead of his fraud trial.
Prosecutors said on Thursday that the shipbuilder's former boss has been accused of falsifying accounts in 2008 and 2009.
The Yonhap news agency cited prosecutors as alleging that Nam, who was in charge between 2006 and 2012, exaggerated the yard's performance to extend his stewardship.
