Cyprus Sea Lines is trying to collect what it can on a huge arbitration award against failed Bonyad Shipping before the Iranian company's liquidation process winds up.
As a result of a previously unpublicised chartering dispute dating back to the global financial crisis, bulker, tanker, and containership owner Cyprus Sea Lines holds two final London arbitration awards worth some $55m plus interest.
