A Marshall Islands court has agreed to hear Frontline's request for a court order to prevent BW from hiking its stake in DHT during an aggressive takeover effort by the John Fredriksen-led tanker giant.
But High Court Chief Justice Carl Ingram refused to grant Frontline's request for a restraining order now, a fact that was not mentioned in the company's announcement of the court's decision.
