An Odfjell subsidiary company has admitted to violating the conditions of its probation resulting from a 2014 pollution case in the US.
Odfjell Asia II Pte (OAII) was scheduled to conclude its probation period this month, but has now seen it extended by another 12 months.
The Singapore-based entity has also agreed to additional probation conditions, according to the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
