Singapore's Marco Polo Marine has delayed a court hearing over a ban on legal action against it.
The shipowner and its subsidiary Marco Polo Shipyard were originally set to make their case before a judge on 29 May.
But this has been adjourned to 28 June at its own request to allow it to file a further affidavit.
The struggling company is looking for legal shelter in order to proceed with its restructuring.
