A judge in the High Court of the Marshall Islands is expected to issue a decision next week on a request by a DryShips shareholder seeking an injunction to block share sales to Kalani Investments.
The lawsuit is one of two facing the George Economou-led shipowner over its fund-raising deal with Kalani, the financial firm backed by Toronto hedge fund manger Marc Bistricer.
