A Varun Shipping tanker that has been stuck off the Caribbean island of Aruba is to go to auction for a second time after the winner of the original sale failed to deliver payment.
The 107,000-dwt Amba Bhavanee (built 2003) will be auctioned at the Aruba Court of First Instance on 16 August.
Two sources tell TradeWinds that the winning bidder in the previous 4 July auction has defaulted on the deal after failing to pay the $5.86m
