An Indian court has jailed 26 Somali pirates following an attack on a Livanos VLCC in 2011.
The men had previously hijacked a fishing boat and taken 24 Thai nationals hostage.
They were sentenced to seven years in prison, the PTI news agency reported.
Judge JC Jagdale convicted them of conspiracy, attempt to murder and kidnapping.
They were also each fined INR 17,000 ($204).
