A group of 24 Danish institutional investors is going after OW Bunker's banks as the legal fall-out from its collapse continues three years on.
The consortium, led by pensions group ATP, has issued a writ against the issuing banks Morgan Stanley and Carnegie in an action over OW's IPO prospectus.
The investors have already taken legal action for damages of DKK 767m ($123.29m)
