Pasha Group faces a US federal complaint lodged by seafarers over crew quarters on two containerships now under construction.
The complaint from the International Organisation of Masters, Mates & Pilots (MM&P) alleges the Jones Act shipowner and logistics firm violated a contract clause that requires it to provide blueprints on the design of crew quarters on the two newbuilds.
Pasha contracted with Keppel's Brownsville, Texas yard to build two new LNG-powered containerships which will be used as part of the company's US-to-Hawaii freight service.
