French container line CMA CGM has fallen to a loss in the third quarter despite adding Singapore line NOL.
The company said the net deficit was $268m, compared to a profit of $51m in the same period of 2015.
Revenue grew to $4.47bn from $3.98m thanks to NOL's APL operation. Volumes rose to 4.5m teu, up nearly 26%.
Excluding NOL, the volume figure was down 2.7%,
