Diana Containerships has secured an improved rate for one of its boxships at the same time as receiving a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) will pay $14,600 per day for the 6,541-teu Puelo (built 2006) for a period of around 50 days, starting from 13 June.
Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) was paying $6,500 for the same vessel since last May.
