The US has entered into trade talks with Asian countries to replace the failed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), Wilbur Ross has confirmed.
The US commerce secretary and shipping investor told reporters at the 2017 SelectUSA investment summit that the US is discussing with multiple nations to find an alternative.
Ross said: “We expressed a willingness on the US’ part to indulge in bilateral talks with Japan.
