Seaspan's former chief executive Gerry Wang registered to sell about 75% of his stake in the containership lessor, according to a securities filing.
Wang, who announced his retirement at the end of July, is filing to sell 2.1 million shares of the company. He is listed as having some 2.8 million shares held directly or through family offices as of the company's last annual report.
