MPC Container Ships (MPCC) has sold $175m of new shares to give it the firepower to pursue "a significant number" of feedership buys.
The Oslo-listed owner said on Wednesday it was targeting proceeds of between $150m and $175m in a private placement.
The deal was done at NOK 47.50 ($5.82) per share, against a trading price of NOK 54.
