MPC Container Ships said it has entered a commitment to acquire a "fleet" of feeder container vessels for a total purchase price of $130m.
The Oslo Merkur-listed company did not release other details on the number of ships in the transaction.
The announcement comes after the company said it successfully raised NOK 1.43bn ($176m) in a private placement of 30.25
