Cosmoship Management has booked four feeder containerships at China’s Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard, Greek brokers say.
The order is said to be for 1,500-teu units to be delivered in late 2019.
Brokers did not report how much the Nikos Savvas-led company is supposed to be paying for the vessels. If it materialises, the order would bring Cosmoship’s containership fleet to 14 units — all of them feeders between 1,000 teu and 1,800 teu.
