CMA CGM has rolled out a new initiative pledging to compensate customers for unforeseen cargo damage.
The French line today announced the first product under the new system will allow quick payback for clients for goods that are damaged for any reason, including natural disasters.
CMA CGM says other offerings will follow in the coming weeks under the new “SERENITY by CMA CGM" portfolio.
