Zhang Mingwen has resigned as chief accountant of Cosco Shipping Development to assume other employment.
"Mr. Zhang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company," Cosco said.
Liu Chong, the company's general manager, will temporarily perform the chief accountant duties until a new one is appointed.
