Denmark's AP Moller-Maersk has taken the next step in its reorganisation with a logistics merger.
On 1 January next year, Damco's Supply Chain Services and Maersk Line's Ocean Product will combine under the Maersk name.
The move is being made to "better serve customers and unlock growth potential in the logistics and services segment," it said.
It wants to offer more comprehensive end-to-end services for cargo owners.
