Dyvi,who was vice-chairman following the 2010 deal which created the world’s fourth largestcar carrier tonnage provider, will exit at the end of the month.

Dyviand his family were the major shareholders after that union with 32.35% of the stock.

NOCC has since attracted major new investment,notably from TomErik Klaveness and Atle Bergshaven, which hashelped reduce Dyvi’sinterest to around 4%.

Attempts to reach NOCC directors and executives for comment on today's development were not immediately successful.
