TheKuwait-based company says the dedicated and direct services will runweekly, covering Japan, Central and South China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
UASC said the new services, which start in November, will be via tie upswith OOCL and China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL).
The existingIntra Asia Container Service (IAC1) service will see a modified port rotationwith the removal of port calls in Japan.
The revisedservice which start from Shanghai on Monday will also call at Ningbo,Shekou, Laem Chabang, Ho Chi Minh, Nansha and Hong Kong before returning toShanghai.
