Services to St Malo in France have been suspended since staff walked out five days ago, the BBC reported.
Condor chief executive James Fulford has been negotiating on board one of the company's fast ferries in the French port.
The ITF said the action is for fairer pay and conditions.
Condor said the union refused to negotiate over terms it offered two days ago.
