It said it was seeking “opportunities to grow, especiallyoutside Iceland and is working on various projects in relation to strategicacquisitions in line with the company’s vision of being a leading transportationcompany in the North Atlantic.”

The owner has begun talks with the Central Bank of Iceland,the Oslo Stock Exchange and other foreign exchanges over a potential duallisting.

It re-listed in 2012 in Iceland following its 2009 restructuring.
