The yard said the deal was worth SGD 25m ($19.73m) andinvolved an “extensive revitalisation” of the 137,000-gt Voyager of the Seas (built1999).
Sembawang managing director PK Ong said: “We have over therecent few years, focused strongly on the development of our fast-growing nichemarkets, one of which is the cruise ship repairs/upgrades and conversionmarket.”
The yard has upgraded two Royal Caribbean vessels in thelast two years.
