The ro-ro, liner and offshore group saidthe net deficit was SEK 112m ($17m) to 31 March, from SEK 137m in 2013.
Revenue climbed to SEK 729m from SEK 685m,but the result included further provisions for restructuring and onerouscontracts of SEK 57m.
Its TransPal Line was shut down and this, togetherwith other efficiency measures, resulted in the loss of 70 jobs.
The company also said it had entered intocontracts to sell its TransAtlantic Spolka and Daugava Shipping Services units.
