The Oslo-listed shipping company said SilverHoldings, which is owned by Oaktree,  SolvtransCEO Roger Halsebakk's Dolstein Invest and chairman Anders Hvide's A HvideHolding, had acquired another 683,047 shares on Tuesday, which represents 4% ofits stock.

It paid NOK 34.40 per share.

Halsebakkwas previously the largest shareholder with 30.4%.

The voluntary offer was for all theoutstanding shares at NOK 35 each, valuing the company at NOK 602m ($101m).
