The four are Pacific International Lines (PIL), COSCON Southeast Asia, China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL) and Wan Hai Lines.
The service has been branded the Pakistan Mundra Express (PMX) and will be operated with six 4,250-teu ships.
COSCON and Wan Hai Lines will provide two ships each, with CSCL and PIL each providing a single vessel.
The new service is due to begin from Shanghai on 25 June and will call at Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Port Kelang, Karachi, Mundra, Port Kelang, Singapore and Hong Kong before returning to Shanghai.
