The Baltic operator said a contract has been signed for delivery in 2015.
The 24,000-gt ships will serve the Rostock to Gedser route.
They were ordered by Scandlines in 2010, but cancelled in 2012 when Germany's P+S Werft went bust.
They originally cost EUR 184m combined, but were acquired again this year for EUR 31.6m ($42.71m).
