The company told the Korean stock exchange that the 1,800-teu vessels will cost KRW 93.7bn ($87.2m) from Dae Sun Shipbuilding in Busan.
The new ships will replace chartered tonnage operating between Vietnam and Thailand, it added.
Delivery should be complete by the end of 2016.
It already has a series of four 1,043-teu feeders being built at Dae Sun for delivery this year and in 2015.
