Iceland’s competition appeals committee (CAC) has ruled that domestic container line Eimskip must see documents related to a dawn raid on its offices last year.
The Icelandic competition authority (ICA) was ordered to grant access to the claim behind the action last September, plus an attached document.
CAC had previously ruled in December 2013 that access must be granted, but Eimskip did not receive documents until June.
