The net figure to 30 September was $6.36m, against $7.26m in the same three months of 2013.
Revenue dropped to $34.22m from $36.08m, while costs rose to $24.14m against $22.63m the year before.
The company has this week taken delivery of the 8,063-teu OOCL Tianjin (built 2005), which has been chartered back to OOCL for up to 39 months.
It said this would add $40m to contracted revenues and more than $9m to annual EBITDA.
