The company said its net profit was TWD 2.47bn ($80m) to 30 September, versus just TWD 89.52m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue increased to TWD 37.59bn from TWD 35.99bn over the same period.
But operating costs were reduced to TWD 33.48bn against TWD 34.57bn in 2013.
It was also boosted by non-operating income of TWD 2.83bn, compared to TWD 0.37bn the year before.
