The Rio de Janeiro-based cabotage player said today that it signed contract amendments for the quartet whose construction has been paralysed by the compatriot shipyard’s financial woes.

The new construction will see the heavily-delayed 80,000-dwt bulker Log-In Tucunare delivered in 2015, while the 2,700-teu containerships Log-In Jequitiba, Log-In Juazeiro and Log-In Jambeiro will be delivered in 2016 and 2017.

The amendments will see Log-In fork over an additional BRL 74.5m
