Two new members have been added to the board of directors of Hapag-Lloyd following its merger with Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV).
Perez Mackenna, president of CSAV, and Oscar Hasbun, chief executive of the Chilean owner, were elected as members of the new board.
The vote took place during the first shareholders’ meeting with CSAV’s participation after the merger of the two companies was officially announced on Tuesday.
