The 500-passenger Commodore Clipper (built 1999) has been anchored at the port of Portsmouth since Saturday.

Rough weather is the reason for the fault that emerged on one of the ship’s rudders.

Condor said Commodore Clipper is expected to get back to work today but the extremely cold temperatures have slowed down work to fix the problem.

More than 300 passengers were affected by the cancellations over the weekend.
