Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) on Tuesday said its board of directors has approved the acquisition of tonnage from Delphis.
In a statement CMB, the NYSE Euronext-listed parent of Belgian bulker operator Bocimar, noted the fleet currently includes 14 containerships.
Half are wholly-owned by Delphis and the remainder are tied to a joint venture. Of these, six are on long-term time charter to Maersk.
